We make every effort to ship the same business day when orders are placed before 2pm pacific standard time on business days. We reserve the right to ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Shipping carrier is USPS.
If you require expedited shipping let us know. You will be responsible for the charges.
If an order is returned, or refused by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping address, we will attempt contact you via email or by phone. If no response is received within 3 business days, the customer will be charged with the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Once a collection is gone it may be gone for forever. There may come a time when we bring it back, but our goal is to have a limited amount of each style.

Returns & Exchanges
Fabbie Dog does it’s very best to offer a pain free return for customers.
If you need to return merchandise, Fabbie Dog will accept unused, unwashed, or undamaged products (with original tags/labels) within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
All returned items must be in pristine original/un-used condition with tags still attached. If the item is returned without tags attached or unworn the return will NOT be processed. We will not pay to send it back. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
Fabbie Dog reserves the right not to refund item(s) that have been worn.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We will respond to your return request within 72 business hours.
You’re responsible for return shipping fees.
You the buyer must pay for the return postage & it must include tracking. Your refund will be processed within 2-4 days of receiving the returned item.
